Jess has an office located near the entrance of the Gus Fraenkel Medical Library, 5th floor of the Flinders Medical Centre.

Her primary role is to support the teaching and research needs of the School of Medicine staff and students, particularly in the area of information retrieval, literature reviews and database searching.
