policies and laws in the state of Victoria that enhance self-determination
and dignity at the end of life."

Right to Life - QRTL
- The Right to Life movement in Australia began with the establishment
of this group in 1970. The site is a comprehensive guide to resources
and information on euthanasia, abortion, palliative care and the right
to life movement. Links to other international and Australian right
to life organisations are included in the site.

Australian Voluntary Euthanasia Society - SAVES
- This site contains resources and factsheets on voluntary euthanasia,
polls and surveys on public, medical and nursing opinion and on medical

- VESNSW aims to promote legislation for euthanasia and includes articles,

Society is affiliated with other State and Territory Societies in

- This searchable site established by Exit (the Scottish Voluntary
Euthanasia Society) aims to promote the right to choose as a basic
human right. The site contains a comprehensive range of resources
and links on such issues as voluntary euthanasia, assisted suicide,
living wills, death and medical and legal ethics and presents arguments
both for and against euthanasia.

Anti-Euthanasia Task Force
- Based in the United States, the task force "concentrates solely
on the issues surrounding assisted suicide and euthanasia and addresses
these issues from a public policy perspective". The site is comprehensive
and includes court cases, factsheets and links to information on advance
directives, assisted suicide, "right to die" cases, pain control,
disability rights, euthanasia and legal issues.

- A comprehensive source of information on many aspects of euthanasia,
legal, religious, arguments for and against, consent, as well as links

which, in principle, anybody can contribute.

World Federation of Right to Die
Societies
- The World Federation, founded in 1980, consists of 38 right to die
organisations from 23 countries. The Federation provides an international
link for organisations working to secure or protect the rights of
individuals to self-determination at the end of their lives. Includes
resources, news, articles and legal sources worldwide.
