Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR)
- The Australian Childhood Register (the Immunisation Register) is
a national register administered by Medicare Australia that records
details of vaccinations given to children under seven years of age
who live in Australia. Produced by the Health Insurance Commission,
the ACIR site "has information for parents and providers, including
the NHMRC Recommended Immunisation Schedule, statistical data from
the Health Insurance Commission's Annual Report, report examples for
health professionals and links to other health-related sites".
Immunization Action Coalition
- The Coalition's mission is to boost immunisation rates and promote
awareness of, and responsibility for, immunisation against all vaccine-preventable
diseases from childhood through to adulthood. This U.S. site incorporates
the Hepatitis B Coalition and contains vaccination information statements,
FAQs and factsheets and links to an extensive array of global web
resources and organisations.
National
Vaccine Information Center
- Founded in 1982, the Center is a U.S. national, non-profit educational
organisation advocating informed consent and independent vaccination
decisions. The site contains information on vaccines and their safety,
vaccine injury and contains links to immunisation related web resources.
General
Practice Immunistion Incentives Scheme
- "The General Practice Immunisation Incentives scheme is a system
of providing extra financial incentives to general practitioners who
monitor, promote and provide age appropriate immunisation services
to children under the age of seven years in their practices."
